1. Excellent rust prevention performance on ferrous metals such as carbon steel, cast iron, cold-rolled sheets;
2. Good extreme pressure anti-wear properties;
3. Excellent water solubility, the aqueous solution is colorless, transparent and foam-free;
4. Good tolerance to hard water, acids and alkalis, remaining clear and transparent without precipitation.
5. Very high alkaline reserve capacity, making it an excellent pH stabilizer.
1. Can be applied in metalworking fluids and glass grinding fluids with a recommended dosage of 2.5%-5% of the original liquid.
2. Suitable for use in treatments like ceramic conversion and silane, with a suggested addition of 0.5%-1% of the original liquid.
3. Can be directly diluted for use as rust preventive water for ferrous metals, with a recommended concentration of 0.8%-1.2%.
