DX319 is based on long-chain poly-carboxylic acid complex derived from natural products, compounded with special isomeric organic amines. It does not contain elements such as boron, phosphorus, sulfur and chlorine, meeting the EU REACH standard. With low dosage, low residue and excellent compatibility, it can be mixed with water in any ratio. It is widely used in industries like metal anti-corrosion, metal processing, surface treatment, water-based coatings and circulating water treatment, exhibiting excellent rust prevention properties.

1. No foam, does not contain organosilicon, polyether, or defoamers;
2. Excellent rust prevention performance on ferrous metals such as tinplate, carbon steel, cast iron, cold-rolled sheets at low concentrations;

1. Applied in metalworking fluids it is recommended to add 1%-3% of the original liquid;
2. Used in surface treatment agents it is recommended to add 0.5%-2% of the original liquid;
3. Can be diluted into rust preventive water for rust prevention of tinplate aerosol cans with a recommended concentration of 0.3%-1%.
